摘要 在產業梯度轉移的過程中，中間梯度地區產業空間的順利轉型，是實現區域協調發展的關鍵環節之一。本文選取杭州青山湖科技城為研究對象，分析杭州產業空間演變的歷程，厘清產業梯度轉移過程中產業空間演變的規律，并在此基礎上發現中間梯度地區產業空間的主要特征和存在問題，從宏觀區域協作、中觀空間匹配、微觀漸進更新三個層面，提出青山湖科技城產業空間轉型的實現路徑，以期為中間梯度地區的產業轉型與空間升級提供經驗借鑒。

Abstract In the process of industrial gradient transfer, the smooth transformation of industrial space in the middle gradient area is one of the key links to achieve regional coordinated development. This paper has selected the Qingshanhu Lake Science & Technology City as the research object, we will make overall considerations from the perspective of the evolution of the entire industrial space in Hangzhou, and clarify the evolution of the industrial space carrier during the industrial gradient transfer process. Based on these, the main characteristics and problems of industrial space in the intermediate gradient area are analyzed. Finally, from the three levels of macro-regional cooperation, meso-space matching, and micro-gradual updating, the realization path of the industrial space transformation of Qingshanhu Lake Science & Technology City is proposed to provide successful experience to the middle industrial transformation innovation space upgrade in gradient areas.
