Been working hard and connected with NOLB and 559yotas and think we got the seats covered.  I will know exact count by Friday.
Thank You Sir!

The latest count is:

4-5 ToyotaDon
2    horseridr
1    Rusty
3    Monyman
2-3 Tracy Dresselhaus' dad
3    Welshdragon
3    Rev
5    Rev's friends
23-25 if everything goes perfectly. This is almost, but not quite, enough to fulfill our commitment to VTR and it would be a shame to let down the boys and the staff. Keep praying...

This is looking to be an awesome run!
One reminder, for those who normally carry, we would ask you not to because of the obvious.
Thank you.
Jacob had a good idea, can everyone  bring an extra jacket for the boys just incase it gets cold.

Thank you Monyman for taking care of the seat count for us.  I just relised I didnt have my seat count on there. I will be there with a max of 4 open seats in Old Blue and we will be driving Crawl's jeep with 3 open seats I believe.  VTR needs a total of 35 seats.  Please pray for enough seats as well as the softening of these boys hearts.

Glad to see number of seats up.  If anyone else wants to go it would be better if we have less teens in each vehicle.
I forget CB channel we use.
Ham Frequency?

Those seat counts are max, we want one ten per vehicle, 2 max if we can do it.  CB channel 37, ham simplex 147.500, and ham repeater Madera 147.180 + 146.2

I wish I could make it. Thank you Jacob and Jacqui for taking the extra seats. (Someone please get a picture of one of them driving a JEEP). My rig has seat belts for 5 total (driver plus 4). That is, if they don't mind getting to know each other better. LOL

Caboose could you let them know at VTR the temp. for Shaver Lake Saturday will be 57/37 degrees.
The kids dressing accordingly has been an issue in the past. Thanks

Did anybody else see the Facebook post by Tracy? I think she said he's out for this event due to a recent injury. Jacob/Jacqui commented on it.

Rob won't be able to make it.  I guess he cut his hand pretty good with a grinder and had to go get stitches.
