Why I choose to keep holy the 7th day Sabbath

I just watched this 1 hr 20 min video and it reaffirmed my faith on keeping Holy the 7th day Sabbath.

This video explains how the Sabbath is:
a day of rest
a day of blessing
a day of peace
a sign of God's authority
a memorial to creation
a symbol of sanctification
a hallowed day
a perpetual covenant

and it also uses the Bible to defend the main texts that most "Protestant" churches use to substantiate Sunday obedience.

If you have ever wondered which day of the week the God of the Bible wants us to set aside as a special time with Him, then this video should answer most of your questions.

But my weeks start with Monday!  You can even check the calendar I keep in my purse!!! So technically Sunday would be my Sabbath...
