中文摘要

歷史文化風貌區保護規劃編制與管理體系的建立與發展，對上海城市風貌保護和城市文化精神的傳承起到了不可或缺的作用。本課題在研究上海市風貌區保護規劃評估總體構架的基礎上，擇取衡復風貌區為實踐案例，探索了規劃管理全過程評估方法的可操作性，并運用“符合度”定量評估與“多方綜合反饋”定性評估，考察了衡復風貌區實踐的成效與問題，進而對風貌區保護規劃的編制和實施管理提出了對策與建議，對后續評估工作的開展提出展望。

英文摘要

The conservation planning and administration system of historic area is the base of maintaining the urban historic landscape of Shanghai, and a feasible and flexible methodology is the key issue on assessing the conservation plan. Based on the case study on Hengshan-Fuxing historic area, it is verified that the process assessment methodology is practical, the effectiveness and efficiency is reviewed through the qualitative assessment and quantitative assessment, and advices are given on improvement policies for the conservation planning and administration system.
