The difficulty of this trail varies from year to year as it is maintained by Southern California Edison Company to work on their hydroelectric facilities. You will pass by the beaver ponds along the way to a nice picnic site and trout lake. This trail is for day use only, overnight camping is prohibited. However, there is overnight camping in the open sandy areas. The trail is about 1.5 miles in length and rated "easiest".
